Celebrating 1.5 years of independent practice.

Building this practice hasn't been about doing more, it's been about working well.

Integrating EMDR, Schema Therapy and CBT has allowed space for both depth and structure, healing early wounds, softening shame and supporting real world change. 18 months on, I'm deeply grateful to have a full, thriving practice, that reflects my values, thoughtful, trauma informed and human. The practice has grown steadily over the past 1.5 years, to the point that I am now grateful to be welcoming another 2 therapists into the practice.

The addition of 2 new therapists will provide more choice for clients and reduced waiting times.

Thank you to every client who trusted me with their story, and to everyone that supported me in this huge leap of faith.

Your periods may still be regular or can change in nature or frequency.
